Pecan Sticky Buns

Toasted pecans and a rich brown sugar and butter caramel top our slightly sweet and pillowy brioche dough rolls laced with cinnamon sugar, pecans, vanilla and a hint of orange zest. Deep swirls of caramel run through the bun making it gooey and soft in all the right places. Warm for 5-10 minutes at 325°F.

Classic Cinnamon Roll Tray

Raisin Pumpernickel

This slightly sweet rye bread has a caramelized crust and a dense crumb. Made with a locally grown whole grain flour, coarse rye flour, corn meal, raisins and pumpkin seeds. A hint of anise and cumin add to its subtle sweetness.

Baked in a flaky pie crust with fontina and egg custard. Warm for 10-15 minutes at 375°F or for 20 minutes at 350°F.

Carne: Ham and caramelized onions.

Creamy Brie topped with housemade apricot jam, caramelized onions and toasted hazelnuts. We recommend warming for 20 minutes at 325°F. Pairs well with our Crostini.
