Babka is sometimes known as a “High Cake.” This rich brioche-like bread is rolled with bittersweet chocolate glaze and toasted pecans. The loaf is twisted and laid into the baking mold, creating layers of chocolate throughout the loaf. Warm for 5 minutes at 325°F for a great breakfast or afternoon treat.
