Directions

From I-90:  Take the Qwest Field/City Center exit. Turn right on 4th Ave S. Turn right on S Holgate St. Turn left on 1st Ave S.

From I-5 Southbound:  Take exit #163B 6th Ave S/Forest St. Turn right on 6th Ave S. Turn left on S Lander St. Turn Right on 1st Ave S.

From I-5 Northbound:  Take exit #163 West Seattle Bridge/Columbian Way onto S Spokane St toward West Seattle Bridge/Safeco Field/Seahawk Stadium. Turn right on 1st Ave S.

From 99 Southbound:  Take the Safeco Field/Ferries left exit onto 1st Ave S. Follow 1st for a few blocks.

From 99 Northbound:  Bear right on E Marginal Way. Turn right on S Spokane St. Turn left on 1st Ave S.

ALittleHistory

This new facility is home to a cafe, our bread kitchen, wedding cake production, wholesale production and main office.

Our new building received Silver level LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification recently. This rating is granted by the U.S. Green Building Council for businesses that follow certain sustainable practices when building or remodeling a location. Some of the requirements we have incorporated in the building include using natural light sources and vents, energy efficient lighting, certified or farmed wood, low VOC paints and stains, motion sensor faucets, low-flush toilets, repurposed kitchen equipment, efficient space design, compostable packaging, purchasing green power from Seattle City light, and composting of kitchen waste.
