Macrina opened as a means to showcase our first love – bread. Shortly after opening we added delicate and delicious pastries to the menu. Finally, savory delights rounded out the menu and the café was born making Macrina more than just a bakery.

Each of our locations is slightly different from each other. However, whether it’s table service, lunch, brunch or counter service you are seeking, all locations offer a variety of great bread, pastries and cakes.
We also offer catering service out of our Belltown location. Whether it’s pastry platters for morning meetings or a savory lunch for office parties, our catering menu has a variety of options from tempting treats to full meals.
