Seasonal Buttermilk Waffle
BRUNCH MENU FOR NOVEMBER 21-22
Wild mushroom and kale strata featuring our Holiday Porcini Stuffing, finished with sage-Mornay sauce. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and an Olivetta Roll.
Savory pain perdu featuring our Winter Pear Crown with bacon-scrambled eggs, Cambozola and pomegranate molasses. Served with herb-roasted potatoes and fresh fruit.
Thick-cut Brioche topped with fresh blood oranges, rosemary-sugar crème fraîche and toasted almonds. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Topped with hibiscus syrup-poached quince, orange-scented whipped cream and pomegranate seeds. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $2.25.
