Seasonal Buttermilk Waffle
BRUNCH MENU FOR FEBRUARY 13-14
Parmesan-leek risotto and an omelet of shrimp, cheese and basil, finished with shiitake mushroom bacon. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and a toasted Olivetta Roll.
Cherry-chipotle barbecued pork with corn pudding, a soft-boiled egg and scallion-lime gremolata. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and Semolina Rosemary toast.
Thick-cut Brioche topped with strawberry-rhubarb compote and mascarpone sabayon. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Double chocolate-buttermilk waffle topped with raspberries, toasted pecans and red wine caramel sauce. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $2.25.
Salmon Egg Bialy
Our toasted Onion Bialy topped with softly scrambled eggs, Gerard & Dominique cold-smoked salmon and chive crème fraîche. Served with herb-roasted potatoes.
