Seasonal Buttermilk Waffle

Mixed mushroom-scrambled eggs over a salad of fresh kale, dry Jack cheese, roasted pears and red onions. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal
fresh fruit and a toasted Blackburn Wheat Roll.
Rosemary ham and Fontina omelet with organic field greens, roasted sweet onions and Dijon vinaigrette. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and Wheat Herb Walnut toast.
Thick-cut Orange Brioche topped with blood oranges, rum whipped cream and toasted almonds. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Topped with brown sugar-roasted crabapples, brandied crème fraîche and toasted pecans. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
