Roasted artichoke heart-scrambled eggs with a salad of roasted apples,
Maytag Blue cheese, Italian greens, sautéed fiddlehead ferns and black garlic vinaigrette. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and toasted Pizza Bianca.
Thick-cut Brioche stuffed with sweetened ricotta and topped with fresh
strawberries, toasted pistachios and sweetened whipped cream. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Black beans and green garlic topped with two eggs as you like them,
roasted tomatillos and tomatoes, and avocado purée. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and Sardinian Flatbread.
Lemon-poppy seed waffle topped with lemon curd, fresh raspberries and lemon whipped cream. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs fried over-medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $3.00.

Our toasted Onion Bialy topped with softly scrambled eggs, Gerard & Dominique cold-smoked salmon and chive crème fraîche. Served with herb-roasted potatoes.
