Tabbouleh with a carrot salad, two eggs and spiced red pepper purée. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and a toasted Olivetta Roll.
Spiced flank steak with tomato and feta-scrambled eggs and tzatziki. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, fresh fruit and toasted Seeded Macrina Baguette.
Thick-cut Brioche topped with brown sugar-rhubarb compote and orange whipped cream. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Honey and lavender buttermilk waffle topped with honey-roasted pears and lemon mascarpone. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs fried over medium topped with spicy tomato sauce, Muenster, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb-roasted potatoes. Add Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon for $2.25.
