Winter hash of sweet potatoes, rutabagas, Brussels sprouts, red onions, sage butter and our Holiday Porcini Stuffing topped with two eggs over easy and parsley pesto. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and a toasted Whole Wheat Cider Roll.
Herb-roasted pork loin with spinach and roasted garlic-scrambled eggs over savory baked apples. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and a toasted Buttermilk Dinner Roll.
Thick-cut honey ricotta-stuffed Brioche topped with pomegranate seeds and our Sweet & Spicy Nuts. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
