Seasonal French Toast
~ BRUNCH MENU FOR MAY 18-19~
Omelet of roasted orange cauliflower, dandelion greens, rosemary ricotta and sundried tomato aioli. Served with herb roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and Blackburn Wheat toast.
Salmon egg bialy
Our toasted onion bialy topped with softly scrambled eggs, Gerard & Dominique cold-smoked salmon and chive creme fraiche. Served with herb roasted potatoes.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
Eggs fried over-medium and topped with a spicy tomato sauce, Muenster cheese, roasted onions and Dijon on grilled Rustic Potato bread. Served with herb roasted potatoes.
Cinnamon oat waffle topped with honey tossed Columbia Fruits’ Honeycrisp apples and cinnamon honey whipped cream. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Brunch Café Special
Tomato gratin topped with marinated flank steak, two eggs over-easy, pesto and parmesan. Served with herb roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and our mini Dill Scone.
Thick cut Brioche topped with Richter Farms’ brown sugar roasted rhubarb, brandied whipped cream and toasted hazelnuts. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
