BRUNCH MENU FOR JANUARY 31 - FEBRUARY 1
Butternut squash and Parmesan polenta topped with two over-medium eggs and mushroom ragù. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and Sour White toast.
Omelet featuring bacon, roasted fennel, sautéed leeks and red pepper chèvre, topped with buttermilk vinaigrette. Served with herb-roasted potatoes, seasonal fresh fruit and Rustic Potato toast.
Thick-cut Orange Brioche topped with blueberry-Earl Grey compote, honey whipped cream and crumbled biscotti. Served with Zoe’s Chicken Apple Sausage.
Topped with brandy-cider-poached apples, salted caramel sauce and toasted pecans. Served with Zoe’s Applewood Smoked Bacon.
Macrina Fried Egg Sandwich
